Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offered a mixed experience with cozy rooms and lovely views but in need of updates. The service was fantastic overall, though there were instances of lackluster enthusiasm. The location was convenient for some attractions but lacked charm in the evening. Dining provided a good variety but had some quirks. The facilities were functional but not outstanding.
The hotel had beautiful rooms but had some drawbacks for families with young children due to noise from the main road and limited space. The service was pleasant and helpful, although some areas could have been better. The location was central but had some letdowns. The dining options were varied but not exceptional for the price.
The hotel room was visually beautiful with handy amenities like an ironing board but lacked space and was noisy due to its location. The pool was cold and shocking, overall showing signs of wear that may deter me from staying again.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, and the kids had a blast swimming directly above us. They were excellent and very comfy, although I had a bit of a struggle with storage space having to put my luggage on the windowsill. The service was top-notch, with very friendly staff always ready to help and a spotless environment. The location was really comfortable and modern, my favorite feature being the spacious lounge area with lots of sofas. However, it can get very busy at certain times. The dining experience was disappointing, especially with the restriction on children swimming before 9 am, but the fried rice was delicious. The facilities were great overall.
I had a great stay at this hotel with its modern rooms and superb service. The location was convenient for exploring different attractions, but the dining experience could be improved. The hotel offers good value for the money.
On our previous two visits to this hotel, we found the rooms to be smaller compared to our friends who received a spacious room with a double and single bed at the same price. The service was a bit hit or miss with some staff being attentive, like the dinner server and breakfast chef, while others seemed unbothered. The location is convenient, just 1km from Douglas, with beautiful outdoor seating areas. The dining experience was impressive with efficient service and delicious food. However, we encountered minor issues with the room key and discreet bell placement. Overall, a good value for the money.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice surprise of having three single beds providing separate sleeping spaces, but the size was a bit cramped for a family of four. The service was a mixed bag with some unhelpful staff, although the waiter at dinner and the breakfast chef stood out positively. The location was pleasing overall, although a bit cold and distant from the bar, and the place seemed quite busy during events. The dining experience wasn't impressive, but the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in some areas.
The hotel room was extremely small and claustrophobic, not attended well, and had poor dinner service, especially for the high price of €150 for one midweek night, which felt expensive considering the out-of-town location.
The hotel wasn't perfect; the rooms had some issues but the service was exceptional. The location was excellent, though not ideal for business trips. The dining experience fell short, and the price for services should be reconsidered.
However, being next to the linen room, which was in use most of the day, was a bit distracting for my work. The blackout curtains were a lifesaver against the strong morning sun, and the abundance of light from the fixtures and bathroom added a lovely touch.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for exploring both the city and the south county area, but the room was quite small for a double room. The service was a mix of friendly interactions with some issues in maintenance follow-up. The dining experience was hit or miss with delicious options but sometimes underwhelming. The facilities were decent, catering to different needs.
